Accounts that have been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM10 or equivalent, until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Members will be notified in advance before any fee is applied.

Deposit:

A Club98 account may be closed under the following circumstances:

Closure by Member:

• Before an account is closed, any available balance (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to you via the standard withdrawal method.

• For closures due to fraud or illegal activity, all balances in the account may be forfeited without compensation.

Club98 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the following situations:

• Losses arising from a member's own negligence, including disclosing login credentials to another party.

In any event, the maximum liability of Club98 to any member shall not exceed the total actual deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
